当前,着力加强国际传播能力建设,构建具有中国特色的国际传播体系,提升我国在国际舆论场中的影响力和话语权已成为我国的重大战略任务。国家形象建构是一项极其复杂的工程,主要通过自塑和他塑两种方式进行,是双向互动的过程。针对当前我国国际传播面临的困境与挑战,要坚持守正创新的建构理念,建强适应新时代国际传播需要的专门人才队伍,建构国际传播自主知识体系,制定精细化和差异化的国际传播策略,发挥多元传播主体的主观能动性,以加强我国国际传播能力建设与体系构建。
