Youth ideological education in state-owned enterprises(SOEs)is of great importance to their personal development,the reform and development of those enterprises,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,the ideological education of young people in SOEs faces a series of problems,such as the correct guidance to their values,the long-term mechanism of education needs to be improved,and innovative modes of education need to be developed.To solve these problems,it is necessary to set sound objectives and content of ideological education for young people in SOEs,to strengthen the long-term mechanism,to innovate the new approaches and methods,and to achieve a synergy in collaborative education.
