摘要
光动力抗感染疗法(antibacterial photodynamic therapy,aPDT)是一种新兴的治疗手段,利用特定电磁光谱范围内的辐射作为光源,激活富集在病灶部位的光敏剂并产生活性氧自由基,最终实现对病原微生物的杀伤。与传统的抗感染治疗相比,aPDT具有较低的细胞毒性、极低的耐药性以及作用区域的精准性。而由于眼球优异的光学特性,aPDT尤其适用于细菌性角结膜炎、病毒性角膜炎、真菌性角膜炎、棘阿米巴角膜炎及眼内炎等各类感染性眼部疾病的治疗。
Antibacterial photodynamic therapy(aPDT)is a new treatment method,which uses radiation within a specific electromagnetic spectrum as a light source to activate photosensitizers enriched in the lesion and generate reactive oxygen radicals(ROS),and finally kill pathogenic microorganisms.Compared with traditional anti-infection therapy,aPDT shows the advantage of lower cytotoxicity,extremely low drug resistance and accurate localization.Because of the excellent optical properties of eyeballs,aPDT is especially suitable for the treatment of eye infections such as bacterial keratoconjunctivitis,viral keratitis,fungal keratitis,acanthamoeba keratitis and various infectious endophthalmitis.
