国际视域下我国家政学专业建设的问题及对策

A strategic study of home economics in China from international perspective

国外家政学专业发展特点为,关注生活实际,注重实用性;多元领域延伸,跨学科知识融合;宽口径,就业面宽.我国家政学专业发展面临人才培养目标模糊、课程结构不完善、专业师资队伍建设有待于加强的问题.因此,提出国际视域下我国家政学专业发展的对策:明确人才培养目标,培养具有跨文化沟通能力的家政人才;完善课程结构,建立跨学科的课程体系;优化师资队伍建设,建设国际化、专业化、实践化的教师队伍.

Home economics features in livelihood and practicality,interdisciplinary and a wide range of job opportunities.Despite implicit objectives,inefficient curricula and teaching resources,the major needs development from an international perspective of clarifying objectives,cross-cultural communication skills,improvement of an interdisciplinary curriculum and optimization of teaching staffs.
