摘要
基于2009—2022年中国制造业上市公司数据,考察了制造业数字化转型对企业内部与企业间收入不平等的影响。研究发现:制造业数字化转型与企业内部高管-员工的薪酬差距呈现“U”型非线性关系,且这一关系主要存在于大企业和高劳动密集程度企业;制造业数字化转型对企业内部薪酬差距的影响是通过生产率提升和内部人力资本结构调整两种机制实现的;制造业数字化转型会拉大企业间的薪酬差距,造成企业间的收入不平等。
Based on the data of listed companies in China's manufacturing industry from 2009 to 2022,the study investi-gates the impact of manufacturing digital transformation on intra-firm and inter-firm income inequality.This paper finds that,first,manufacturing digital transformation has a"U"-shaped nonlinear relationship with the pay gap between executives and employees within the enterprise,and this nonlinear effect mainly exists in large enterprises and high labor-intensive enterpri-ses.Second,the impact of manufacturing digital transformation on the internal pay gap is realized through two mechanisms:productivity improvement and internal human capital structure adjustment.Third,manufacturing digital transformation will widen the inter-firm pay gap and cause inter-firm income inequality.
