摘要
基于文本分析法刻画数字化转型程度,并实证考察数字化转型对企业绿色创新的影响机理。研究发现:数字化转型提升企业绿色创新水平,且该结论在考虑内生性问题及稳健性检验后仍然成立;政府环境关注度和组织冗余资源强化了数字化转型与企业绿色创新之间的正向关系;进一步地,数字化转型对企业绿色创新的激励效应得益于降低绿色代理成本和提升绿色投资效率。
Digital transformation empowers enterprises with green innovation,which is the focus of green economic develop-ment.This paper depicts the degree of digital transformation using the text analysis method and empirically examines the in-fluence mechanism of digital transformation on enterprise green innovation.First,digital transformation improves enterprise green innovation,and the conclusion is established after considering endogenous and robustness tests.Second,government environmental attention and organizational redundant resources will strengthen the positive relationship between digital trans-formation and green innovation.Further,it is reducing green agency costs and improving green investment efficiency.This paper expands the analytical framework of combining digital transformation with green innovation and provides suggestions for promoting green innovation and enabling the development of the green economy.
