基于图像识别与CAE仿真技术的输变电塔一体化分析

摘要 利用图像识别技术弥补输变电塔精细化建模中的难点,更精准地分析输变电塔受力情况。本研究提出一种基于二维图像扫描构建三维数值模型的方法,自动建立映射关系,完成输变电塔景观模型到数值三维模型的转换。结合计算机辅助工程仿真技术模拟多种环境因素下的输变电塔的动力响应,模拟结果表明输变电塔模型的静力计算结果贴合实际。研究结果可以为电网建设及维护提供技术指导和思路。 By utilizing image recognition technology,the stress analysis of transmission and transformation towers in the actual environment could be more accurate.A method based on two-dimensional image scanning to construct a three-dimensional numerical model of transmission and transformation towers was proposed.Which could automatically establish a mapping relationship and complete the conversion from the landscape model to the numerical three-dimensional model.The dynamic response of the towers under various environmental factors could be simulated using CAE simulation technology.The simulation results demonstrated that the static calculation results of the tower model were in line with reality.These research findings provided technical guidance and ideas for the construction and maintenance of the power grid.
