基于3D引擎的通用设备数智化工业运维管理平台的应用研究

摘要 工业企业根据生产对象、生产流程及自身工艺特点,生产设备各不相同。本文以多个不同行业工业厂房建立工业运维管理平台的经验为依据,找到不同行业工业企业都需要使用到的通用设备为被控对象,提出通过数字孪生技术的运用,建立一套跨行业的工业运维管理平台。实践证明,该系统可以快速复用于不同行业的通用设备运维管理,针对除生产系统外,对公辅系统的数智化、节能运行控制管理。通过大数据分析并优化控制逻辑,可有效改善通用设备运行效率,帮助企业双碳转型及数智化转型。 Industrial enterprises have different production equipment based on their production objects,production processes,and their own technological characteristics.This article is based on the experience of establishing an industrial operation and maintenance management platform for multiple industrial factories in different industries.It identifies common equipment that industrialenterprises in different industries need to use as the controlled object,and proposes to establish a cross industry industrial operation and maintenance management platform through the application of digital twin technology.Practice has proven that this system can be quickly reused for the operation and maintenance management of general equipment in different industries,targeting the digital intelligence and energy-saving operation control management of public and auxiliary systems in addition to production systems.Through big data analysis and optimization of control logic,the operational efficiency of general equipment can be effectively improved,helping enterprises achieve dual carbon and digital transformation.
