摘要
为解决传统霍普金森压杆实验中空气炮加载存在的重复性差、试样应变率无法精确控制和应变率跨度小等问题,基于电磁兼容性原则,设计了由控制柜和主电路电源柜组成的性能可靠的控制系统,完成了控制系统硬件电路设计。在软件方面,基于电磁加载设备工作过程和功能需求,完成了PLC端子地址分配、各类子程序设计以及触摸屏人机界面组态。经过多次实验验证,该系统性能稳定,为下一步发展提供了基础。
In order to solve the problems of poor repeatability,inaccurate control of sample strain rate and small strain rate span of air gun loading in traditional Hopkinson pressure bar experiment,a reliable control system composed of control cabinet and main circuit power cabinet was designed based on the principle of electromagnetic compatibility,and the hardware circuit design of the control system was completed.In terms of software,based on the working process and functional requirements of electromagnetic loading equipment,PLC terminal address allocation,various subroutines design and touch screen human-machine interface configuration were completed.The experiments showed that the system had stable performance and a foundation for the next step of development was provided.
