基于光学扫描的自动钻铆干涉量研究

摘要 针对自动钻铆干涉量研究中难以同时精确测量铆接后的铆钉直径及其对应位置的难题,采用基于光学扫描的测量方法对自动钻铆干涉量进行实验研究。实验件由两块铝锂合金板组成夹层,单层板厚度均为2.4mm,配合沉头铆钉。实验结果表明:基于光学扫描的方法不仅可以精确测量铆钉直径及其位置,还可以得到铆钉直径的全貌分布;自动钻铆的干涉量分布是不均匀的,干涉量最大值出现在镦头一侧,干涉量最小值出现在钉头一侧。分布规律是从镦头到钉头严格依次递减;精密测量得到自动钻铆干涉量离散系数为0.201。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately measure the diameter of the riveted rivet and its corresponding position at the same time in the research on the interference of automatic drilling and riveting,the measurement method based on optical scanning was used to complete experimental on the interference of automatic drilling and riveting.The experimental piece was composed of two aluminum-lithium alloy plates,the thickness of the single plate was 2.4mm,and the countersunk rivets were used.The experimental results show that the method based on optical scanning can notonly accurately measure the diameter and position of the rivet,but also obtain the overall distribution of the diameter of the rivet.The distribution of the interference of automatic drilling riveting is not uniform,and the maximum interference appears on the side of the driven head,the minimum value of interference appears on the rivet head.The distribution law is strictly descending from the driven head to the rivet head.The coefficient of variation of the automatic drilling and riveting interference obtained by precise measurement is 0.201.
