高性能铝锂合金在三自惯组中应用研究

Research on Application of High-performance Aluminum-lithium Alloy in Three-self-inertia Group

摘要 通过对铝锂合金8090进行力学性能试验,结合材料力学性能试验结果,对三自惯组铝锂合金台体进行有限元静力仿真分析,对台体结构进行优化迭代,样机试验结果表明,铝锂合金的应用有效提高了锁紧状态下三自惯组台体仪表安装误差。 Through the mechanical property test of aluminum-lithium alloy 8090,combined with the results of the mechanical property test of materials,the finite element static simulation analysis of the three-inertia group aluminum-lithium alloy table body is carried out,and the optimization and iteration of the platform structure are carried out,and the prototype test results show that the application of aluminum-lithium alloy effectively improves the installation error of the three-inertia group table instrument in the locked state.
