基于大修测试数据的飞机电缆智能故障分析

摘要 利用时域反射技术获取飞机大修中电缆的测试数据,采用Savitzky-Golay算法去除测试数据中的噪声,并利用二阶差分算法实现测试数据特征的自动识别;通过比对健康电缆数据与故障电缆数据特征的差异,建立基于Drools的飞机电缆智能故障分析规则库;设计开发基于大修测试数据的飞机电缆智能故障分析系统,并在短路和断路两种典型故障上验证了方法的有效性。 Time-domain reflectometry technology is used to obtain the test data of aircraft cables,Savitzky-Golay algorithm is used to remove noise from the test data,and the second-order difference algorithm is used to recognize the test data features automatically.By comparing the difference between the healthy cable data and the faulty cable data,the intelligent fault analysis of aircraft cable is carried out based on the Drools rule engine.The aircraft cable intelligent fault analysis system based on overhaul test data was designed and developed,the effectiveness of the method was verified on aircraft cables including short circuit fault and open circuit fault.
