卡扣型橡胶减振器刚度特性分析与试验研究

摘要 以一种常用的双侧卡扣型橡胶减振器为研究对象,通过对橡胶减振器进行受力分析,建立减振器的刚度计算模型,给出了减振器刚度与单片橡胶块刚度的关系;再采用仿真和试验手段,对单片橡胶块和减振器的刚度特性进行了研究。研究表明:在小变形条件下,卡扣型橡胶减振器压缩刚度和剪切刚度是单片橡胶块压缩刚度和剪切刚度的2倍,通过仿真分析与试验测试验证了减振器力学模型的准确性。 Taking a commonly used double-sided buckle type rubber shock absorber as the research object,the stiffness calculation model of the shock absorber is established by analyzing the force on the rubber shock absorber,and the relationship between the stiffness of the shock absorber and the stiffness of a single rubber block is given.The simulation and experimental methods were used to study the stiffness characteristics of single piece rubber blocks and shock absorbers.The research has shown that under small deformation conditions,the compression and shear stiffness of the buckle type rubber shock absorber are twice that of a single rubber block.The accuracy of the shock absorber’s mechanical model has been verified through simulation analysis and experimental testing;The study can provide a method reference for the design and analysis of double-sided buckle type rubber shock absorbers.
