微波热凝筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎

Microwave treatment of ethmoidal nerve and inferi-turbinate in the patients with allergic rhinitis

目的 :总结微波热凝筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :应用微波热凝筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎 82例。结果 :随访 1年 ,显效 6 4例 (78% ) ,有效 15例 (18 3% ) ,无效 3例 (3 7% ) ,总有效率为 96 3%。结论 :微波热凝筛前神经及下鼻甲治疗变应性鼻炎 ,操作简便 ,反应轻 。

Objective:To study the effect of microwave treatment of ethmoidal nerve and inferi-turbinate on allergic rhinitis. Method:82 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with ethmoidal nerve and inferi-turbinate microwave.Result:It showed marked effect in 64 cases (78%),improvement in 15 cases (18.3%),and failed in 3 cases (3.7%).After one year follow-up,the overall effective rate was 96.3%. Conclusion:This result indicate that the microwave tissue coagulation in treating allergic rhinitis is a good method for clinical treatment.
