摘要
本文基于2003—2019年中国281个地级及以上城市面板数据,采用动态空间杜宾模型考察了经济集聚对绿色全要素生产率(TFP)的影响效应。研究发现,绿色TFP在时间维度上具有经典的“滚雪球效应”,在时空维度上具有明显的“警示效应”;经济集聚与绿色TFP存在“U型”关系,并且经济集聚通过规模经济效应、技术溢出效应和劳动力池效应等路径来影响绿色TFP。进一步研究发现,放松经济活动向区域中心城市集聚的限制有利于绿色TFP的提升;Ⅰ型及以上大城市经济集聚对自身和周边城市绿色发展转型产生了明显推动作用。
This study investigates the effect of economic agglomeration on green total-factor productivity by DSDM,using the panel data on 281 cities from 2003 to 2019.We find that green total-factor productivity has a classic“snowball effect”in the time dimension,but a significant“warning effect”in the space-time dimension.There is a“U-shaped”relationship between economic agglomeration and green total-factor productivity.Economic agglomeration affects the green total-factor productivity through specific paths such as economies of scale effect,technology spillover effect,and labor pool effect.We further find that relaxing restrictions on the agglomeration of economic activities to regional central cities is conducive to improving green total-factor productivity.The economic agglomeration of typeⅠand above big cities has promoted the green total-factor productivity of itself and its surrounding cities.
