一贯煎加减治疗肝肾阴虚型老年慢性支气管炎的效果及对肺功能的影响

Effect of modified Yiguanjian in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency and its influence on lung function

目的探讨一贯煎加减治疗肝肾阴虚型老年慢性支气管炎的效果及对肺功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月接受治疗的90例肝肾阴虚型老年慢性支气管炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予一贯煎加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论一贯煎加减治疗肝肾阴虚型老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效较好,能降低中医证候评分,调节炎性指标水平,改善肺功能,且安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Yiguanjian in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency and its influence on lung function.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency who were treated from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given modified Yiguanjian on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups increased,and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Modified Yiguanjian in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency has a good clinical effect,which can reduce the scores of TCM syndromes,regulate the levels of inflammatory indicators,and improve lung function,with good safety.
