柴芍四君子汤加味联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(肝郁脾虚证)的效果及对氧化应激指标、肝纤维化指标的影响

Effect of modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and liver fibrosis indexes

目的 探讨柴芍四君子汤加味联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(肝郁脾虚证)的效果及对氧化应激指标、肝纤维化指标的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月我院收治的80例慢性乙型肝炎(肝郁脾虚证)患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加柴芍四君子汤加味治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 柴芍四君子汤加味联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(肝郁脾虚证)可有效提升治疗效果,同时减轻氧化应激反应,改善肝纤维化。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and liver fibrosis indexes.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,and the observation group was treated with modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),collagen typeⅣ(Ⅳ-C),hyaluronic acid(HA)and laminin(LN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaishao Sijunzi decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce oxidative stress and improve liver fibrosis.
