摘要
能量CT应用虚拟单能量成像、物质分离成像、有效原子序数、能谱曲线斜率及能谱曲线等参数对直肠癌及其各病理状态进行定量与定性分析,能够在优化直肠癌图像质量的同时,提高T分期准确率,在鉴别转移性与非转移性淋巴结及评估壁外血管侵犯(EMVI)状态等方面优于传统CT。能量CT对直肠癌的诊断有着较大的潜力与价值,本文就其在直肠癌TN分期及EMVI方面的应用进展进行综述。
Multi-energy CT uses parameters such as the virtual monochromatic energy images,the material decomposition images,effective atomic number,energy curve slope and energy curves to quantitatively analyze the pathological status of rectal cancer,optimizes the quality of rectal cancer images and increase the accuracy of T staging.Meanwhile,multi-energy CT is better than conventional CT in distinguishing metastatic and non-metastatic lymph nodes and assessing extramural vascular invasion(EMVI).Multi-energy CT has great potential and value in diagnosis of rectal cancer.This article reviews the progress of multi-energy CT in rectal cancer TN staging and EMVI.
