基于层次分析法的装备采购效益评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Equipment Procurement Benefit Based on AHP

为解决我军装备采购效益不突出、重点不明确的实际问题,结合我军实际,建立装备采购效益评价指标体系和评判标准。分别从装备采购的军事效益、经济效益和社会效益着手,运用层次分析法进行研究,期望能够为装备采购提供一定的理论参考。

In order to solve the practical problem that the purchase benefit of our army's equipment is not outstanding and the key point is not clear,combining with the actual situation of our army,the evaluation index system and evaluation standard of the purchase benefit of our army's equipment are established.Starting from military benefit,economic benefit and social benefit of equipment procurement,this paper calculates the weight of evaluation index of equipment procurement benefit by AHP,and studies it,hoping to provide some theoretical reference for equipment procurement.
