摘要
采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我控制量表(SCS)与主动拖延量表(NAPS)对广州市423名大学生进行调查,探讨自我效能感、自我控制能力与主动拖延的关系。数据表明:自我效能感既可以直接预测主动拖延,也可以通过自我控制的中介来预测主动拖延,即自我控制在自我效能感和主动拖延之间起到了部分中介作用。这一结果说明:在教育领域,应该有效区分主动拖延和被动拖延,因材施教、有的放矢;要积极关注自我效能感和自我控制能力的培养,以提升学业统筹能力、实现学业成就;要运用积极心理学的视角和策略,变被动为主动,促进主动拖延。
The present study sampled 292 university students,and administered General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Self-Control Scale(SCS)and Normal Proactive Procrastination(NAPS),in an endeavor to survey the interrelationship between self-efficacy,self-control and proactive procrastination.Results of statistic analyses indicated that self-efficacy served as both a direct and indirect predicator of proactive procrastination,when self-control mediated between.Then the study summarized the following implications.i)Proactive procrastination shall be distinguished from passive so that respective measures could be taken.ii)More attention shall be paid to developing one's self-efficacy and self-control abilities,in order to increase his or her academic management skills and fulfill his or her achievement.iii)Active psychological perspective shall be adopted to promote proactive procrastination instead of passive one.
