东北黑土区小流域综合治理模式研究

Study on comprehensive management model of small watershed in Northeast black soil region

选取适宜的小流域综合治理模式是保障小流域地区治理与发展的重要举措,有助于提高治理的针对性和治理效益。本文根据东北黑土区自然地理条件和农业生产方式,本着归纳共同性、区分差异性的原则,将东北黑土区划分为漫川漫岗型、丘陵沟壑型、风沙型、中低山地型和平原型5种小流域治理类型区。并在全面调查研究、科学系统划定东北黑土区小流域治理类型区基础上,坚持分区治理、分类施策,通过总结东北黑土区典型小流域综合治理成效,分析提出适合东北黑土区小流域综合治理的模式,以期为管理实践及科学指导推进东北黑土区小流域综合防治、合理利用黑土地提供参考。

It is an important measure to choose a suitable comprehensive management model for small river basins to ensure the governance and development of small river basins,which is helpful to improve the pertinence and efficiency of governance.According to the natural geographical conditions and agricultural production mode of the northeast black soil region,this paper divides the northeast black soil region into 5 small watershed management types,such as overflowing and diffuse hill,hilly and gully,wind sand,middle-low mountain and plain,in accordance with the principle of summarizing commonalities and distinguishing differences.In addition,on the basis of comprehensive investigation and research and scientific and systematic delineation of small watershed management types in the Northeast black soil area,adhere to regional governance and classified policies,and analyze and propose a model suitable for comprehensive management of small watershed in the Northeast black soil area by summarizing the comprehensive management effects of typical small watershed in the Northeast black soil area.In order to provide reference for management practice and scientific guidance to promote the comprehensive prevention and control of small watershed in the Northeast black soil area and rational use of black land.
