基于中医传承辅助平台研究陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛经验

Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to study the experience of director Chen Jianping in treating gastric duct pain

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台研究陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛的经验。方法:以2020年1月—2022年12月陈贱平主任诊治胃脘痛的一诊及复诊纸质处方为来源,共筛选500条。收集整理陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛的处方,选取其中调理脾胃的药物,采用数据挖掘法明确陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛处方中各种药物及其使用频次之间的关联性,分析总结其用药治疗胃脘痛的经验。结果:通过对陈贱平主任135条治疗胃脘痛处方的分析,发现党参、三七、柴胡、白术、白芍等中药使用频次最高,通过药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出12个核心组合和6条新处方。结论:陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛经验丰富,善用党参、三七、柴胡、白术、白芍等,以疏肝解郁、健脾化湿为主。

Objective:To explore the experience of Director Chen Jianping in the treatment of gastric epigastric pain based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,a total of 500 paper prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of epigastric pain by Director Chen Jianping were selected.The prescription of Director Chen Jianping for the treatment of gastric epigastric pain was collected and sorted out,and the drugs for regulating the spleen and stomach were selected.The correlation between various drugs in the prescription for the treatment of gastric epigastric pain and their use frequency were clarified by data mining method,and the experience of Chen Jianping in the treatment of gastric epigastric pain was analyzed and summarized.Results:Through the analysis of 135 prescriptions for the treatment of gastric cavity pain,it was found that codonopsis codonopsis,notoginseng,bupleurum,white rhizome and white peony were used most frequently.Through the association rules between drugs,12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were found.Conclusion:Director Chen Jianping has rich experience in treating gastric duct pain.He can make good use of radix codonopsis,radix notoginseng,radix bupleurum,baizhu,paeoniae and so on.
