槐耳颗粒联合胸腺肽α1对原发性肝癌术后患者辅助性T细胞1型/2型平衡及肝功能的影响

Effect of kuier granules combined with thymosinα1 on Th1/Th2 balance and liver function in patients with primary liver cancer

目的:分析槐耳颗粒联合胸腺肽α1对原发性肝癌术后患者辅助性T细胞1型/2型(Th1/Th2)平衡及肝功能的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年5月收治的原发性肝癌患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组在基础治疗基础上联合胸腺肽α1治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合槐耳颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、肝功能及不良反应。结果:两组客观缓解率、疾病控制率和不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前7 d,两组CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后28 d,两组CD3^(+),CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后28 d,两组CD8^(+)均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前7 d,两组谷氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)及白蛋白(ALB)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后28 d,两组AST均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后28 d,两组ALT,TBIL及ALB均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌术后采用槐耳颗粒联合胸腺肽α1治疗,能有效改善患者免疫功能及肝功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of kuier granules combined with thymosinα1 on Th1/Th2 balance and liver function in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:All 80 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases each.The control group was combined with thymopeptideα1 treatment,and the observation group was combined with kuier granules in the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function,liver function and adverse effects were compared in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in objective remission rate,disease control rate and adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups 7 days before treatment(P>0.05).On the 28th day after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of CD8^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was significant(P<0.05).At the 7th day before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),l-aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(Tbil)and albumin(Alb)between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the levels of Alt,AST,TBIL and ALB between the two groups at the 7th day before treatment(P>0.05).At the 28th day after treatment,the levels of AST in both groups decreased,and the levels of Alt,TBIL and Alb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuier granules combined with thymosinα1 can effectively improve the immune function and improve the liver function.
