白癜风是一种常见的后天性色素脱失性皮肤黏膜疾病,也是难治性的皮肤病。存在着严重影响美观、治疗难度大、容易复发等多种问题。传统的药物口服及外用治疗效果不理想,随着医学的不断发展,出现了很多新的治疗方法与手段,本文旨在对白癜风的系统性药物治疗、外用药物治疗、光疗等治疗方法和其他新型治疗方法如靶向治疗、小分子药治疗,以及白癜风治疗的进展等进行概括总结,以期为白癜风的治疗提供选择。

Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin and mucous disease,and also a refractory skin disease.There are many problems,such as seriously affecting the appearance,difficult treatment and easy recurrence.The effect of traditional treatments is not satisfactory,along with the medicine unceasing development,has appeared many new treatment methods.The purpose of this article is to summarize the systemic drug therapy,topical drug therapy,phototherapy and other new treatment methods such as targeted therapy,small molecular drugs and progress of vitiligo,in order to provide options for the treatment of vitiligo.
