通络降浊法与梅花针联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Combined Application of Tongluo Jiangzhuo Method and Pyonex in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 分析通络降浊法与梅花针联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法 方便选取2019年7月—2021年9月宿迁市中医院就诊的痰瘀阻络证的糖尿病周围神经病变患者83例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,西医组(n=40)以西药治疗,联合组(n=43)以通络降浊汤剂+梅花针治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床有效率、神经传导速度、血尿酸水平。结果 联合组治疗有效率为93.02%高于西医组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.037,P<0.05);联合组治疗后运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MNCV)和感觉神经功能传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SNCV)显著快于西医组,血尿酸水平低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在痰瘀阻络证的糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中,采用通络降浊汤剂+梅花针治疗,既可改善患者神经传导速度,还可降低血尿酸水平,于临床疗效提升有显著增益。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the combined application of Tongluo Jiangzhuo method and pyonex in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From July 2019 to September 2021,83 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals who were treated in Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table.The western medicine group(n=40) was treated with western medicine,and the combined group(n=43) was treated with Tongluo Jiangzhuo decoction+plum blossom needle.Compared the clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity,and blood uric acid levels between two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the combined group treatment was 93.02%,which was higher than the western medicine group's 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.037,P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve function conduction velocity(SNCV) in the combined group were significantly faster than those in the western medicine group,the blood uric acid level was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,the use of Tongluo Jiangzhuo decoction+pyonex can not only improve the nerve conduction velocity of the patient,but also reduce the level of blood uric acid,which is a significant gain in the enhancement of clinical efficacy.
