彩色多普勒超声在下肢动脉粥样硬化诊断中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Lower Limb Atherosclerosis

目的 探讨在实施下肢动脉粥样硬化诊断中彩色多普勒超声诊断方法的应用价值。方法 随机选取2020年2月—2022年7月福鼎市医院收治的50例下肢动脉粥样硬化患者和同期50例健康体检人员作为研究对象。下肢动脉粥样硬化患者设为研究组,健康体检人员设为参照组。对所有研究对象均展开彩色多普勒超声检查(管腔内膜光滑、不光滑无斑块及不光滑有斑块),对比两组研究对象检查结果以及血管内中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)。结果 彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,研究组管腔内膜不光滑有斑块比例明显高于参照组,管腔内膜光滑、不光滑无斑块比例明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者血管IMT值:胫后动脉(0.72±0.35)mm、胫前动脉(0.79±0.26)mm、足背动脉(0.71±0.29)mm、股动脉(1.59±0.55)mm以及腘动脉(0.73±0.16)mm,均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.504、6.568、4.856、9.963、6.428,P<0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断方法的有效应用,可以准确观察患者下肢病变情况。在疾病诊治中,对于重要的参考依据可以充分体现,而且诊断较为安全、操作简便。

Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower limb atherosclerosis.Methods 50 patients with lower extremity atherosclerosis and 50 healthy physical examination personnel from February 2020 to July 2022 in Fuding Hospital were randomly selected as the study objects.The patients with lower extremity atherosclerosis were set as the study group,the healthy physical examination personnel were set as the control group.Color doppler ultrasonography was performed on all objects.The results of the two groups(smooth lumen lining,non-smooth without plaque and non-smooth with plaque) and the vescular intima-media thickness(IMT) were compared.Results The result of Color doppler ultrasonography showed that the proportion of nonsmooth and plaque was significantlyhigher than that in the control group,the proportion of patients with lower limb atherosclerosis without smooth plaque and the proportion of lumen endometrial smooth were significantly lower in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The value of the vascular IMT of the patients in the study group was:posterior tibial artery(0.72±0.35) mm,anterior tibial artery(0.79±0.26) mm,dorsal foot artery(0.71±0.29) mm,femoral artery(1.59±0.55) mm and popliteal artery(0.73±0.16) mm,which were higer than those of the people in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.504,6.568,4.856,9.963,6.428,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of color doppler ultrasonography diagnosis can accurately observe the pathological change of the lower limb arteries of patients.In the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,the important reference basis can be fully reflected,and it is relatively safe and easy to operate.
