拉玛泽呼吸法联合导乐陪伴对产妇分娩疼痛及产程的影响

Effect of Lamaze Breathing Method Combined with Doula Accompanying on Maternal Labor Pain and Labor Progression

目的 探讨拉玛泽呼吸法联合导乐陪伴对产妇分娩疼痛及产程的影响。方法 随机选择2019年12月—2021年12月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的100例产妇为研究对象,以采用随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采用导乐陪伴分娩干预,观察组采用拉玛泽呼吸法联合导乐陪伴分娩干预。对比两组的分娩疼痛、产程、心理状况、产后并发症。结果 观察组第一、二、三产程的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分均低于对照组,且观察组产程整体短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后并发症发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 拉玛泽呼吸法联合导乐陪伴能够缓解产妇的分娩疼痛,并有助于缩短产程,改善产妇负性心理,减少产后并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of Lamaze breathing method combined with Doula accompanying on maternal labor pain and labor progression.Methods A total of 100 parturients admitted to Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with doula accompanied delivery intervention,and the observation group was treated with Lamazer breathing combined with doula accompanied delivery intervention.Labor pain,labor process,psychological status and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the overall labor process in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamazer breathing combined with doula can relieve the pain of childbirth,shorten the labor process,improve maternal negative psychology,and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications.
