时间理念目标性护理对心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者生活质量及运动耐力的影响

Effects of Targeted Nursing Based on Time Concept on Quality of Life and Exercise Tolerance in Patients after Cardiac Mechanical Valve Replacement

目的 分析时间理念目标性护理对心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者生活质量及运动耐力的影响。方法 方便选取2022年1—9月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的45例心脏机械瓣膜置换术患者作为对照组;另外方便选取2022年10月—2023年4月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的45例心脏机械瓣膜置换术患者作为研究组。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组则接受时间理念目标性护理,比较两组生活质量、运动耐力。结果 研究组护理后生理职能、总体健康、社会功能、心理健康、生命活力、躯体疼痛、生理功能、情感职能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后6 min步行试验距离为(446.87±44.56)m,Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分为(29.25±2.03)分,均高于对照组的(385.68±35.46)m、(25.81±5.22)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.208、4.120,P<0.05)。结论 为心脏机械瓣膜置换术后患者提供时间理念目标性护理,能显著提高生活质量及运动耐力。

Objective To analyze the impact of time concept targeted nursing on the quality of life and exercise tolerance of patients after cardiac mechanical valve replacement.Methods A total of 45 patients with mechanical heart valve replacement admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to September 2022 were conveniently selected as the control group.In addition,45 patients with mechanical heart valve replacement admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received time-oriented targeted nursing.The quality of life and exercise endurance of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of physiological function,general health,social function,mental health,vital vitality,physical pain,physiological function and emotional function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking distance of 6-minute after nursing in the study group was(446.87±44.56) m,and the score of Fugl-Meyer exercise scale was(29.25±2.03) points,both of which were higher than that of the control group(385.68±35.46) m and(25.81±5.22) points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.208,4.120,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing time-oriented nursing care for patients after mechanical heart valve replacement can significantly improve the quality of life and exercise endurance.
