围术期综合康复护理对老年腹部手术患者术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复及并发症的影响

Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Motility Recovery and Complications in Elderly Patients Undergoing Abdominal Surgery

目的 探究围术期综合康复护理对老年腹部手术患者术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复及并发症的影响。方法 方便选取2021年3月—2023年3月福建省龙岩市第一医院收治的93例老年腹部手术患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组46例和观察组47例。对照组接受常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予围术期综合康复护理。比较两组护理前后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后并发症发生率、生活质量水平。结果 观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间以及肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的19.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.225,P<0.05)。护理前两组生活质量综合评定问卷评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年腹部手术患者实施围术期综合康复护理可以促进术后胃肠功能快速恢复,且可以降低术后并发症发生率,提高生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the impact of perioperative comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postoperative gastrointestinal motility function recovery and complications in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods 93 elderly patients with abdominal surgery admitted to the First Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(46 cases) and the observation group(47 cases) by random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received perioperative comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,first feeding time and anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%,lower than that in the control group(19.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.225,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive rehabilitation care for elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery can promote rapid recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve their quality of life.
