康复护理措施对脑外伤气管切开术后吞咽障碍患者的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Measures in Patients with Swallowing Disorders after Traumatic Brain Injury Tracheotomy

目的 探讨康复护理措施在脑外伤气管切开术后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 方便选取2021年4月—2023年2月宿迁市康复医院收治的328例脑外伤气管切开术后发生吞咽功能障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组164例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施康复护理措施。对比两组患者吞咽功能、不良事件发生情况、自我管理能力。结果 护理干预后,研究组吞咽功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率(7.32%)低于对照组(14.02%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.870,P<0.05)。研究组各项自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理措施能够提高脑外伤气管切开术后患者吞咽功能及自我管理能力,并降低术后并发症的发生率,有助于患者的机体康复。

Objective To discuss the application effect of rehabilitation nursing measures in patients with swallowing disorders after traumatic brain injury tracheotomy.Methods A total of 328 patients with swallowing dysfunction after tracheotomy for traumatic brain injury admitted to Suqian Rehabilitation Hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 164cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.Swallowing function,adverse event occurrence and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the swallowing function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in study group(7.32%) was lower than that in control group(14.02%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.870,P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing measures can improve the swallowing function and self-management ability of patients after traumatic brain injury tracheotomy,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which can help patients' organic recovery.
