中药单体及复方调控抑郁症相关信号通路的研究进展

Research Progress of Signal Pathways Related to Chinese Medicinal Monomer and Compound Treatment on Depression

摘要 抑郁症是世界范围内常见的精神障碍类疾病,中医药疗法在防治抑郁症方面具有独特优势。一些中药单体或复方可调控磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)/酪氨酸激酶B、Toll样受体4、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3、沉默信息调节因子1、促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶信号通路等,通过促进BDNF的释放、调节神经炎症和神经内分泌、调控神经凋亡、调节突触可塑性等作用发挥抗抑郁效应。由于信号通路繁多复杂,且目前研究多处于动物及细胞实验层面,未来需要更多的临床试验研究验证,并开展更注重信号通路级联信号之间完整性的研究,以推动中药抗抑郁理论的完善,促进中医药的发展。 Depression is a common mental disorder worldwide,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy has unique advantages in preventing and treating depression.Some TCM monomers or compounds can regulate phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)/tyrosine kinase B,Toll-like receptor 4,nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3,silencing information regulatory factor 1,and mitogen activated protein kinase signaling pathway,to exert antidepressant effects by promoting BDNF release,regulating neuroinflammation and neuroendocrine,regulating neuronal apoptosis and regulating synaptic plasticity.Due to the numerous and complex signaling pathways,and current research mostly focused on animal and cell experiments,more clinical trials are needed in the future for verification,and research focused more on the integrity of cascade signals in signaling pathways should be carried out,in order to promote the improvement of TCM antidepressant theory and promote the development of TCM.
