摘要
自身免疫性疾病是一组病因不明的复杂疾病,均存在自身组织抗原特异性T细胞或B细胞的异常激活和相应组织器官的炎症反应,且与不能有效清除自身衰老损伤细胞有关。铁死亡是一种新型的非凋亡性细胞死亡形式,主要生化特征包括铁过载、氧化应激、脂质过氧化和抗氧化通路受损。近年认为铁死亡与自身免疫性疾病(如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎)的发生发展相关,这可能为自身免疫性疾病的发病机制研究和新药研发提供新方向。
Autoimmune diseases are a group of complex diseases with unknown etiology,all of which involve abnormal activation of antigen-specific T or B cells in their own tissues and inflammatory reactions in corresponding tissues and organs,and are related to the failure to effectively eliminate self aging damaged cells.Ferroptosis is a new form of non-apoptotic cell death,with main biochemical characteristics including iron overload,oxidative stress,lipid peroxidation,and impaired antioxidant pathways.In recent years,research has found that ferroptosis is related to the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis,which may provide new directions for the pathogenesis research and new drug development of autoimmune diseases.
