摘要
子宫内膜癌(EC)是女性生殖系统三大恶性肿瘤之一,病因尚未明确,近年来发病呈年轻化趋势,手术是早期主要治疗手段,术后辅以放化疗,但患者预后仍较差,因此寻找更有效的诊断标志物和靶向治疗药物迫在眉睫。环状RNA(circRNA)是一种连续闭锁环状的非编码RNA,具有组织特异性、细胞特异性、发育阶段特异性的特点,主要经微RNA海绵作用调控肿瘤进展。近年来,研究发现circRNA在EC发生发展中发挥重要作用,有望成为EC新型诊断和预后标志物,成为调控放化疗机制和内分泌治疗的关键分子,为EC的靶向治疗提供理论依据。
Endometrial carcinoma(EC)is one of the three major malignant tumors of the female reproductive system,and its etiology is not clear yet.In recent years,the incidence is getting younger,and surgery is the main treatment,with radiotherapy and chemotherapy as the supplementary treatment,but the postoperative prognosis is poor,so it is urgent to develop more effective diagnostic markers and targeted therapeutic drugs.Circular RNA(circRNA)is a type of continuous closed loop non-coding RNA,which has the characteristics of tissue specificity,cell specificity and developmental stage specificity,which regulates the tumor progression mainly by the sponge action of microRNA.In recent years,circRNA has been found to play an important role in the development of EC,which is expected to become a new diagnostic and prognostic marker of EC,a key molecule to regulate the mechanism of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and endocrine therapy,providing a theoretical basis for targeted therapy of EC.
