盆底磁刺激技术在盆底功能障碍康复治疗中的应用进展

盆底功能障碍多发于女性,受年龄、盆底疾病、生活方式、生育等因素影响,其发生率逐年增加,已成为一种常见的慢性疾病,且症状多发、反复发作,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,盆底功能障碍主要通过手术和非手术两种方式治疗。盆底磁刺激技术通过磁场作用于骶部神经以及盆底神经、肌肉等改善盆底功能,临床广泛用于尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂、便秘、大便失禁、慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征以及部分中枢神经系统疾病导致的盆底功能障碍的康复治疗。盆底磁刺激治疗盆底功能障碍不仅可避免手术治疗带来的各种不利因素,还具有较好的疗效,更因其治疗过程无须暴露治疗部位、无侵入性、作用深而广、体验好等优势而受到广泛关注。

Pelvic floor dysfunction mostly occurs in women,affected by age,pelvic floor disease,lifestyle,fertility factors and other factors,the incidence of which has been increasing year by year,and has become a common chronic disease,with multiple symptoms and repeated attacks,seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients.At present,the main treatment methods for pelvic floor dysfunction are surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.The technique of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation is to improve the function of pelvic floor by magnetic field acting on sacral nerves,pelvic floor nerves and muscles,which is widely used in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor dysfunction caused by urinary incontinence,pelvic organ prolapse,constipation,fecal incontinence,chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome and some central nervous system disease.Magnetic stimulation of the pelvic floor to treat pelvic floor dysfunction can not only avoid the various unfavorable factors of surgical treatment,but also produce better therapeutic effects,which is receiving more and more attention due to the advantages of non-exposure of therapeutic site,non-invasion,deep and wide effect and good experience.
