溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因不明的慢性非特异性炎性肠病,临床以腹泻、腹痛、黏液血便为主要症状,发作期与缓解期交替。将UC维持在缓解期可改善患者的生活质量、减少并发症的发生。在UC维持治疗中,以美沙拉嗪、硫唑嘌呤等药物为基础。近年生物制剂也逐渐应用于临床,饮食干预、运动干预也可改善UC患者症状。此外,心理干预、中药灌肠治疗、粪菌移植等在UC治疗中也具有一定疗效。因此,全面了解UC缓解期的维持治疗方法,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease of unknown etiology,with diarrhea,abdominal pain,and mucous bloody stools as the main clinical manifestations,alternating between onset and remission.Maintaining UC at the remission period can improve the patient′s quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.In the maintenance treatment of UC,mesalazine,azathioprine etc.are the basis.In recent years,biological agents are also gradually applied to the clinical practice,while diet and exercise intervention can also improve the symptoms of the UC patients.Besides,psychological intervention,traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment,fecal microbiota transplantation are also effective in the UC treatment.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of maintenance treatment methods during the remission period of UC may provide new ideas for the treatment.
