His-Purkinje system pacing is an emerging cardiac pacing technology that has gained widespread attention in the clinical application in recent years.Compared to traditional ventricular pacing and atrioventricular septal pacing,His-Purkinje system pacing achieves cardiac pacing by directly stimulating the His bundle,which can better maintain the heart′s natural electrophysiological state and myocardial contraction synchrony,significantly improve the heart function of patients with heart failure,reduce the frequency of hospitalizations,and decrease the mortality.Although His-Purkinje system pacing has made some progress in clinical applications,further research is needed to elucidate its long-term effectiveness and safety.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of His-Purkinje system pacing technology can provide new options for the treatment of related diseases.
