糖尿病患者心血管疾病的发病机制和防治策略一直是研究热点。糖尿病可显著增加心血管并发症的发生风险,但糖尿病患者心血管疾病的发病机制目前尚未完全阐明,可能涉及高血糖引发的内皮功能障碍、炎症、氧化应激、血脂异常以及纤溶系统和血小板功能异常等因素。因此,采取血糖控制、血压管理、饮食和体质量管理、药物干预以及心血管康复等综合性预防和治疗策略在管理糖尿病患者心血管疾病方面具有重要意义,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

The pathogenesis and prevention and control strategies of cardiovascular disease in diabetes patients have always been the focus of the research.Diabetes can significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular complications,but the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease in diabetic patients has not yet been fully clarified,which may involve endothelial dysfunction,inflammation,oxidative stress,dyslipidemia,fibrinolytic system and abnormal platelet function caused by hyperglycemia and other factors.Therefore,comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies such as blood glucose control,blood pressure management,diet and weight management,drug intervention and cardiovascular rehabilitation are of great significance in managing cardiovascular disease in diabetic patients,and can provide new ideas for the treatment.
