新商科背景下,构建思想政治教育共同体是高校推进立德树人的应然选择,已具备一定的思想、制度和实践基础。当前,高校思想政治教育共同体尚未成形、各要素协同不足、新技术融合不够、新商科特色缺失,通过目标赋能、资源赋能、制度赋能,构建以校本特色为立足点、“一核多元”育人主体参与的高校思想政治教育共同体。

Under the background of new business,the construction of ideological and political education community is a necessary choice for colleges and universities to promote moral education and cultivate talents,which has a certain ideological,institutional and practical basis.At present,the ideological and political education community in colleges and universities has not yet been formed and there are problems such as the lack of the coordination of internal elements,the insufficiency in the integration with new technologies and the deficiency of new business characteristics.Through goal empowerment,resource empowerment and system empowerment,the university ideological and political education community based on school characteristics,relying on modern information technology,unimpeded mechanism and system,and the participation of one core and multiple education subjects is built.
