家庭代币制对学龄前儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨家庭代币制在学龄前注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法选取80例学龄前注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,按照随机抽签法把患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用讲解疾病特点、注意事项,给予心理支持,开展健康宣教等常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加家庭代币制,共治疗3个月。于治疗前后采用Conners儿童行为量表、SNAP-IV量表对两组患者进行评估。结果干预后,两组患儿Conners儿童行为量表中品行、学习、心身障碍、冲动-多动、焦虑及多动指数评分均低于干预前,SNAP-IV量表中注意缺陷、多动/冲动和对立违抗评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预后的品行、学习、心身障碍、冲动-多动、焦虑及多动指数评分均低于对照组,注意缺陷、多动/冲动和对立违抗评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭代币制应用于学龄前注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,可以改善患儿临床症状,提高注意力,改善多动、冲动行为,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of the family token system in preschool children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 80 preschool children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,such as explaining the characteristics of the disease,giving psychological support,and carrying out health education.The observation group adopted routine rehabilitation therapy plus a family token system.Conners Child Behavior Scale and SNAP-IV scale were used to evaluate the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After the intervention,the scores of conduct,learning,psychosomatic disorders,impulsive-hyperactivity,anxiety,and hyperactivity index in Conners were all lower than before intervention,and the scores of attention deficit,hyperactivity/impulsivity and opposition-defiance in SNAP-IV were all lower than before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of conduct,learning,psychosomatic disorders,impulsive-hyperactivity,anxiety,and hyperactivity index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of attention deficit,hyperactivity/impulsivity,and oppositional defiance were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the family token system in preschool children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can improve their clinical symptoms,improve their attention,and improve their hyperactivity and impulsive behavior,which is worthy of clinical application.
