摘要
为研究端铣加工参数对铝合金表面粗糙度值的影响,采用正交试验方法对铝合金进行铣削试验。试验结果表明:在机床恒转矩区时,主轴转速是表面粗糙度的最大影响因素;在机床恒功率区时,进给速度对表面粗糙度的影响最大,主轴转速的影响最小。建立无量纲化计算公式,以低粗糙度值和高材料去除率为条件,得到了端铣加工铝合金的最优化加工参数。
In order to study the influence of end milling machining parameters on the surface roughness for 6061 aluminum alloy,the orthogonal test method is used to carry out the milling test.The experimental results show as follow:in the constant torque zone of the machine tool,the spindle speed is the biggest factor affecting the surface roughness,but it is the least one in the constant power zone of the machine tool,while the feed speed becomes the biggest one.Based on the experimental data,the mechanism of the influence of machining parameters on roughness is analyzed,selection suggestion of parameters is given.A dimensionless calculation formula is established,and the optimal machining parameters of 6061 aluminum alloy by end milling are obtained under the condition of low roughness value and high material removal rate.
