摘要
高进给铣削是一种高效铣削方式,不同于传统的加工方法,其切削深度较浅,每齿进给量较大,而高强度钢是一种典型的难加工材料。通过正交试验法对高进给铣削高强度钢的切削力进行仿真,应用极差和方差分析研究切削速度、切削深度和每齿进给量对切削力的影响。结果表明,通过提高切削速度来增加高进给铣削高强度钢的切削效率,有利于减小切削力。以切削力最小为目标的最优切削参数为vc=100m/min,ap=0.8mm,fz=1.0mm/z。
High-feed milling is an efficient milling method,and different from traditional machining methods,its cutting depth is shallow,the feed per tooth is larger.High strength steel is a typical difficult machined material.The cutting force of machining high strength steel by high-feed milling is simulated by orthogonal test method.The influence of cutting speed,cutting depth and feed rate on cutting force is studied by range and variance analysis.The results show that the cutting efficiency of high feed milling high-strength steel can be improved by increasing the cutting speed,which is conducive to reducing the cutting force.The optimal cutting parameters aiming at the minimum cutting force are v c=100m/min,a p=0.8mm,f z=1.0mm/z.
