基于摄影测量的壁板类零件孔位检测方法

摘要 为提升航空壁板类零件腹板孔位检测效率和精度,结合摄影测量技术和特征提取技术构建单相机工业摄影测量系统,实现孔位精度的快速和精确检测。利用构建的系统对试验件孔距尺寸进行检测,并以测量结果为依据对系统进行不确定度分析,验证系统的适用性。通过实验得出,该系统扩展不确定度为0.064mm,小于零件孔位精度要求的1/3,具有较高的测量精度,稳定性高,适用范围广,在实际生产过程中可切实提高生产效率,丰富检测手段。 In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of the web hole position of aviation wall panel parts,a single camera photogrammetry system is constructed by combining photogrammetry technology with feature extraction technology to achieve fast and accurate detection of hole location accuracy.The hole location accuracy of the test piece is tested by using the constructed system,and the uncertainty is analyzed based on the measurement results to verify the applicability of the system.through a series of experiments,it is concluded that the extended uncertainty of the system is 0.064mm,which is less than 1/3 of the precision requirement of the hole position of parts.Therefore,the system has high measurement accuracy,strong stability,wide application range,and can improve the production efficiency and enrich the detection means in the actual production.
