摘要
目的探究载脂蛋白D(Apo D)对多巴胺能神经元Basigin(BSG)蛋白表达的影响。方法小鼠侧脑室埋入不锈钢管套,并给予外源性Apo D处理。培养鼠多巴胺能神经元细胞MES23.5细胞,并给予外源性Apo D处理。采用Western Blotting方法分别检测小鼠黑质区和MES23.5细胞中BSG蛋白表达变化。结果与对照组相比,给予外源性Apo D组黑质区神经元和MES23.5细胞的BSG蛋白表达水平均明显上升(t=2.299、3.408,P<0.05)。结论外源性Apo D能够促进多巴胺能神经元BSG蛋白表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of apolipoprotein D(Apo D)on the protein expression of Basigin(BSG)in dopaminergic neurons.Methods Stainless steel tubes were placed in the lateral ventricle of mice,followed by the treatment with exogenous Apo D.Mouse dopaminergic neurons MES23.5 cells were cultured and treated with exogenous Apo D.Western Blotting was used to measure the change in the protein expression of BSG in the substantia nigra and MES23.5 cells.Results Compared with the control group,the exogenous Apo D group had a significant increase in the protein expression level of BSG in both neurons in the substantia nigra and MES23.5 cells(t=2.299,3.408;P<0.05).Conclusion Exogenous Apo D can promote the protein expression of BSG in dopaminergic neurons.
