摘要 【目的】新型电力系统低碳电网的构建对于全社会低碳经济的发展具有重要的推动作用,新型电力系统全生命周期低碳评价指标体系的建立对电网低碳发展具有重要意义。【方法】基于新型电力系统低碳电网全生命周期的分析,首先构建经济性、可靠性、低碳性3个一级指标,然后在一级指标的基础上筛选出9个二级指标对低碳电网进行评估,建立新型电力系统全生命周期低碳电网综合评价指标体系及核心评价指标体系,并对体系中各指标的意义进行了详细说明。【结果】利用电网的大量统计数据,建立不同新能源占比的典型场景并进行仿真,得出不同场景的低碳指标评价结果,证明本文所建立的低碳电网评价指标体系的可行性。 【Purposes】The construction of new low-carbon power grids for the whole society has an important role in promoting the development of low-carbon economy,and the establishment of a new power system whole life cycle low-carbon evaluation index system is of great significance to the development of low-carbon power grid.【Methods】On the basis of the analysis of the whole life cycle of the new power system low carbon grid,three primary indicators of economy,reliability,and low carbon were constructed at first,and then nine secondary indicators were screened on the basis of the primary indicators to evaluate the low carbon grid.A comprehensive evaluation index system with a core evaluation index system of the new power system low carbon grid for the whole life cycle was established,and a detailed explanation of the significance of each indicator in the system was provided.【Results】By using a large amount of statistical data from the power grid,typical scenarios with different new energy ratios were established and simulated.The obtained evaluation results of low carbon indicators for different scenarios prove the feasibility of the low carbon grid evaluation index system established in this paper.
