摘要
本文根据气体流量计检定工作时的临界流文丘喷嘴法气体流量标准装置,分析装置最大背压比的置信水平对量值传递可靠性的影响,并探讨最大背压比的控制方法,确保了该装置均在临界流状态工作及准确度。
In this paper,the influence of the confidence level of the maximum back pressure ratio on the reliability of quantity transfer is analyzed according to the critical flow Venturette nozzle gas flow standard device for gas flowmeter verification,and the control method of the maximum back pressure ratio is discussed to ensure that the de-vice works in the critical flow state and its accuracy.
