创新教育理念下高职院校学生教育管理改革研究

Research on the Reform of Student Education Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of Innovative Education

当前正处在我国加快速度推动教育事业改革与发展的现实背景下,为了更好地转变传统教育观念,构建适合学生发展与成长的新型教育管理模式和机制,本文将结合创新教育理念分析讨论培养学生综合素质,提高学生创新精神的主要途径。鉴于此,为了有效突出创新教育理念的改革必要性,本文将从改革意义入手、总结当前教育管理改革困境,针对性提出优化学生教育管理改革工作的措施,希望能够灵活地推动高职院校实现教育管理工作。

At present,under the realistic background of accelerating the reform and development of education in China,in order to better change the traditional education concept and build a new education management model and mechanism suitable for students’development and growth,this paper will analyze and discuss the main ways to cultivate students’comprehensive quality and improve students’innovative spirit in combination with the innovative education concept.In view of this,in order to effectively highlight the necessity of the reform of innovative education concepts,this paper will start with the significance of the reform,summarize the current difficulties of education management reform,and propose targeted measures to optimize the reform of student education management,hoping to flexibly promote the realization of education management in higher vocational colleges.
