大学生返乡创业助力乡村振兴的现实困境及对策分析

Analysis on the Practical Dilemma and Countermeasures of College Students Returning to Their Hometowns to Start Businesses to Help Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略的实现应当以人才作为基石。鼓励大学生返乡创业,不仅是实现乡村振兴战略的应时之需,也是解决大学生“就业难”问题的新出路。本文从创业资源与机会较少、未接受过系统的创业培训、风险评估能力较弱三个方面分析了大学生返乡创业助力乡村振兴的现实困境,并针对问题的具体表现与成因提出应对措施。

The realization of rural revitalization strategy should take talents as the cornerstone.Encouraging college students to return to their hometowns to start businesses is not only a timely need to realize the rural revitalization strategy,but also a new way to solve the problem of“employment difficulty”for college students.This paper analyzes the practical dilemma of college students returning to their hometowns to start businesses to help rural revitalization from three aspects:less entrepreneurial resources and opportunities,no systematic entrepreneurial training,and weak risk assessment ability,and puts forward corresponding measures for the specific manifestations and causes of the problem.
