高校传统文化教育的价值诉求与路径构建刍议

高校开展有效的传统文化教育,不但可以满足高校现代化、国际化发展的实际需要,满足大学生全面发展的资源需要,还可以满足传统文化传承发展的现实需要。但当下高校传统文化教育面对着缺少稳定教育载体、学生缺少深度学习能力和传统教育者教学能力有欠缺的一系列问题。为实现高校传统文化的价值诉求,高校应当重塑领导机制和激励机制,并增设课外教育模式、重塑文化教育者队伍,以此来完善传统文化的教法、提升文化教育吸引力,最终从多元角度有效升级高校的文化教育能力。

Effective traditional culture education in colleges and universities can not only meet the actual needs of the modernization and international development of colleges and universities,meet the resource needs of the comprehensive development of college students,but also meet the practical needs of the inheritance and development of traditional culture.But at present,the traditional culture education in colleges and universities is facing a series of problems,such as the lack of stable education carrier,the lack of deep learning ability of students and the lack of teaching ability of traditional educators.In order to realize the value appeal of the traditional culture of colleges and universities,colleges and universities should reshape the leadership mechanism and incentive mechanism,add extracurricular education models,and reshape the team of cultural educators,so as to improve the teaching methods of traditional culture,enhance the attractiveness of cultural education,and ultimately,effectively upgrade the cultural and educational capabilities of colleges and universities from multiple perspectives.
