摘要
发展型资助理念的提出使高校学生资助工作从单线的奖助促学模式转换为立体的思政育人模式,研究从共同体的概念出发分析了资助育人共同体的形成逻辑,并具体结合湖南省X高校的实践情况进行了调研,认为应在宏观体系构建上坚持以人为本、系统观念和问题导向,着力从思想引领、资源整合、实践创新等方面优化共同体的育人功能。
The proposal of the concept of development funding has transformed the university student funding work from a single-line model of awarding,aiding and promoting learning to a three-dimensional model of ideological and political education.The research analyzes the formation logic of the funding and education community from the concept of community,and specifically combines the practical situation of X University in Hunan Province.It is believed that the macro system construction should adhere to people-oriented,systematic concept and problem-oriented,and focus on optimizing the educational function of the community from the aspects of ideological guidance,resource integration,and practical innovation.
