基于“岗、证、课、训、赛”融合的职业本科人才培养路径探索——以会计专业为例

Exploration on the Cultivation Path of Vocational Undergraduate Talents Based on the Integration of“Post,Certificate,Course,Training and Competition”—Taking Accounting Major as an Example

摘要 新时期社会经济的高质量发展,以及在发展中对人才的需求和人才市场供给结构的矛盾,突显出高层次技术技能型人才的缺口日益扩大,为此,对职业院校人才培养的模式也提出了更高的要求。为培养适应经济社会发展需要的高技术技能型专业人才,各类院校都在积极探讨毕业就能上岗、上岗就能工作的高素质技能型人才。本文从职业本科人才的培养定位出发,以激发学生学习、探索兴趣为目的,结合“岗、证、课、训、赛”融合培养模式的内涵及要求,以会计专业为例,探讨了职业本科人才培养的路径。 The high quality development of the social economy in the new era,as well as the contradiction between the demand for talents and the supply structure of the talent market in the development,highlights that the gap of high-level technical talents is expanding day by day.Therefore,higher requirements are also put forward for the mode of talent training in vocational colleges.In order to train high-tech and skilled professionals to meet the needs of economic and social development,all kinds of colleges and universities are actively exploring high-quality skilled talents who can take a post upon graduation and work upon taking a post.In this paper,starting from the training orientation of vocational undergraduate talents,in order to stimulate students’interest in learning and exploring,combined with the connotation and requirements of the integrated training mode of“post,certificate,course,training and competition”,taking accounting major as an example,the path of vocational undergraduate talents training is discussed.
